Try this tasty and healthy dish for your family. Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: For onion paste: 200 grams2 medium onions,¾th to 1 cuproughly chopped onions,1-inchginger or 1 tsp chopped ginger,5 to 6small garlic or 1 tsp chopped garlic, For tomato puree: 80 gramstomatoes,2small to medium tomatoes or ½-cup tomato puree, Other ingredients: 300 gramswhite button mushrooms,5 tbspfresh curd/yogurt/dahi, whisked till smooth,3 tbspoil,½ tspcumin seeds,½ inchccinnamon/dal chini,2black cardamom/badi elaichi,2green cardamoms/choti elaichi,4cloves,¼ tspturmeric powder/haldi,½ tspred chilli powder/lal mirch powder,1 tspcoriander powder/dhania powder,¾ cupwater or add as required,¼ tspgaram masala powder,½ tspkasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves, crushed,2 tbspchopped coriander leaves/dhania patta,¾ cupwater or add as required,saltas much as required, Instructions: Dry the mushrooms properly. Slice it into halves and keep it aside. Chop Chop works with mushroom. Roughly, chop the onions and saute with ginger and garlic. Grind it to a smooth paste. Don’t add water to it. Keep it in aside in a small bowl. Add chopped tomatoes and make puree out of it. Now, keep the tomato puree aside. After that, whisk 3-4 spoons of curd. Take a pan now and heat it with 3-4 spoons of oil. Add ½ spoon of cumin seeds, ½ cinnamon, 1 black cardamom and 2 green chilis. Make sure to sauté it until you get the aroma of it. Now add ginger garlic paste. Add onion and tomato paste to it now and let it boil constantly. Use oil if needed. Add salt, turmeric powder and chili powder. Also, add garam masala powder to it. Keep stirring until you get the aroma of it. Add sliced mushroom to the mixture. Then, add the curd to the mixture. Add some water so that it is not very thick.
