After 10 min, remove the water completely. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, fry the rice till it releases a nice aroma. Heat oil and the remaining ghee in the pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds and fry it. Add green chilies, onions and ginger-garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes until it gets tender. Add this mixture with salt, green peas, fried rice, coconut milk and water in a rice cooker.
