Prep Time: 20min Cook time: 35min Ingredients: 1 cupcurd / yogurt, fresh & thick,1 tspkashmiri chili powder,½ tspturmeric powder,1 tbspginger - garlic paste,¾ tspcoriander powder,½ tspgaram masala powder,saltto taste,1 tbsplemon juice,1 tspoil,¼capsicum, cubed,¼onion, cubed,9-10paneer/cottage cheese, cubed, for roasting paneer: 1 tspoil, for paneer tikka gravy: 2 tspoil,½ oniononion, finely chopped,2 tomatoestomatoes, puree,10cashew,1 tspkashmiri chili powder,¼ tspturmeric powder,¼ tspgaram masala powder,saltto taste,2 cupswater, add as required,1 tspkasoori methi / dried fenugreek leaves, Instructions: For paneer marination In a large bowl mix thick curd,chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger - garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and oil. Mix well. Add cubed capsicum, onions and paneer. Mix gently and marinate for 30 minutes. For roasting paneer Take a tawa and grease with oil. Place marinated paneer pieces and roast all the sides. For paneer tikka gravy Soak the cashew in hot water and make a smooth paste and put it aside. In a kadai take some oil and saute finely chopped onions. Add tomato puree and cashew paste. Add chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Add ¼ cup of water and mix well. cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add roasted paneer and curd.   • 1 cupcurd / yogurt, fresh & thick
  • 1 tspkashmiri chili powder

  • 1 tbspginger - garlic paste
  • ¾ tspcoriander powder
  • ½ tspgaram masala powder
  • saltto taste
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspoil
  • ¼capsicum, cubed
  • ¼onion, cubed
  • 9-10paneer/cottage cheese, cubed

for roasting paneer:

Directions
