- 2 CupsChilled, Peeled and Roughly Chopped Kiwi
- 4 TbspChilled Fresh Curd (Dahi)
- 1 CupVanilla Ice-Cream
- 4 TbspSugar
- Blend curd, vanilla ice-cream, chopped kiwi and sugar in a blender till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour the smoothie in equal quantities into serving glasses.
- Garnish with a kiwi slice on the rim of each glass.
