Healthy Beetroot and Carrot Juice Recipe
Beetroot and Carrot are the wonderful vegetables which help to maintain good health. Beetroot and Carrot Juice helps in lowering high blood pressure and hence helps in preventing cardiovascular problems. This juice contains fiber, carotenoids, and minerals. Let’s follow this healthy recipe.
- 1/2 kgCarrots
- 1/2Piece of Ginger (adrak)
- 2 tbspChopped Mint Leaves (phudina)
- Black Salt to taste
- 1 tbspLemon juice
- Wateras required
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender with some water except black salt and lemon juice.
- Strain the liquid through a strainer.
- Pour into a glass and add black salt, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
