- 10Almond (Badam)
- 3 cupsCold Milk
- 2 tspChocolate
- 4 table spoonSugar
- 2 scoopsVanilla Ice Cream (optional)
- Remove the seed from the dates.
- Blend the dates, almond, chocolate, sugar and cold milk in a blender.
- Pour this mixture into a tall serving glass.
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream over it (if you want to add).
