Add the cornflour-water mixture, vinegar, sugar and salt, mix well. Cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till the sauce thickens and stir occasionally. Divide the Chopsuey topping into two equal portions and keep it aside. Ingredients

For The Crispy Noodles

  • 4 cupsParboiled Hakka Noodles

For The Chopsuey Topping
