Cover with a lid and marinate for 2 hours and put in the fridge. In a kadhai heat oil, when hot add the marinated chicken and cover with the lid and cook for 10 min. Keep stirring to avoid burning, if it sticks to kadhai sprinkle little water and after it gets cooked remove from the flame and add 1/2 tsp of butter and keep it aside to cool. For the roti: In a bowl add flour, salt, and hot water as needed and knead a soft dough and Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep it aside. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out one portion of the dough into a circle of 75 mm. (3") diameter and cook on a tawa using oil and fry it nicely and keep it aside. To Assemble: Now on a hot roti arrange some cooked chicken pieces in a row (make this line little apart from the center). Drizzle some lemon juice all over the chicken pieces, garnish with some sliced onion, chat masala and chopped coriander leaves.
