Prep Time: 1hour Cook time: 30min Ingredients: 500gmsRice Flour,350gmsJaggery,½ cupGrated coconut,1 tablespoonCardamom powder,1 tablespoonGhee,Oilto frying, Instructions: To prepare the recipe with homemade rice flour, soak the rice over night Strain water and dry it for 2 hours. Then blend into very soft powder Take a bowl and add jiggery to it. Add little water and boil for 10 minutes Prepare the jiggery syrup to 1 string consistency Add grated coconut to jiggery mixture and cook for 5 more minutes When the jiggery syrup is placed in water, it should form a ball consistency Off the flame.
