You can also roast them together if you do not find time to roast them separately Cool it for a while and grind it to a coarse pate Keep it aside Clean mushrooms perfectly using a paper towel and chop them lengthwise Place pan on flame and add oil to it Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it. Let them splutter Add chopped mushrooms and fry them for about 10 minutes till they get nice color Do not add water to it as the water in mushrooms is enough for cooking Add chopped tomatoes to the fried mushrooms and mix it well Add salt, tamarind juice and turmeric powder to it Mix them well and cover the lid for few minutes Add the spice mixture and mix everything well Wait for 2 minutes and off the flame Remove it in serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
