Ingredients

  • ¼ cupSplit moong dal
  • 2 cupsShredded carrot
  • 2 teaspoonsOil
  • ½ teaspoonCumin seeds
  • ¼ cupCoconut shredded
  • 2 tablespoonsCilantro
  • Saltto taste
  • ¼ teaspoonBlack pepper
  • ¼ teaspoonSugar

Directions

  • Wash moong dal and soak it in water for a about 2 hours
  • Drain the water
  • Take a bowl and add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, sugar and mix them well. Keep it aside
