Ingredients

  • ½ cupRaw rice
  • ¼ cupYellow moon dal
  • 5Cashew nuts
  • 1 ½ tablespoonto taste
  • 2Oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoonGhee
  • 1 teaspoonFinely chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 5 leavesCurry leaves

Directions

  • Roast moong dal and rice separately in a pan
  • Fry cashew nuts in ghee and keep them aside
