Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: 300gmsPotatoes,½ cupCoriander leaves,1 cupGreen peas,2Green chilies,1 bunchPalak,3 tablespoonsChickpea flour,¼ cupBread crumbs,1 ½ teaspoonGinger garlic paste,Saltto taste,½ teaspoonGaram masala powder,Oilfor frying, Instructions: Boil potatoes and peel their skin off Roast the Chick Pea Flour till the raw flavor disappears Wash spinach and drain the water completely Place a sauce pan on flame and add oil to it Saute ginger garlic paste in oil for few seconds and add peas, chilies to it Stir fry until peas are cooked and add the spice powders to it Blend them together along with spinach and coriander leaves Form a smooth paste Mash boiled potatoes and add the grounded paste, chick pea flour to it Mix them well and form a smooth dough Add bread crumbs if you have excess moisture Make them into small patties and fry them in hot oil till they become golden brown in color Remove them from oil and drain the excess oil on kitchen towel Serve it hot with Tomato Chutney. -Neelima

Hara Bhara Kabab is one of the popular Veg Kabab Recipe from North Indian cuisine. It is prepared with potatoes, spinach and green peas. You can have these at any time of the day but tastes good and crispy when they are served hot.

Ingredients

  • 300gmsPotatoes
  • ½ cupCoriander leaves
  • 1 cupGreen peas
  • 2Green chilies
  • 1 bunchPalak
  • 3 tablespoonsChickpea flour
  • ¼ cupBread crumbs
  • 1 ½ teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • Saltto taste
  • ½ teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • Oilfor frying

Directions

  • Boil potatoes and peel their skin off
  • Roast the Chick Pea Flour till the raw flavor disappears
