Ingredients

  • ¼ kgBitter gourd
  • 1Onions
  • pinchTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
  • optionalSugar
  • for fryingOil
  • Saltto taste
  • optionalTamarind pulp

Directions

  • Wash the bitter gourds and wipe them with towel
