Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: 3 tablespoonsMustard oil,1 teaspoonFennel seeds,1 teaspoonCumin seeds,1 teaspoonMustard seeds,½ teaspoonGaram masala powder,1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste,1 ½ cupsWater,1 cupChopped onion,1 cupBesan,6 bigGreen chilies,½ teaspoonTurmeric powder,1 teaspoonRed chili powder, Instructions: Place a pan on flame and dry roast besan till it turns golden brown in color Add mustard oil in pan When the oil gets hot, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds Once they splutter, add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears Add chopped onions and fry for a while Add the roasted besan to the fried onions along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala powder Mix all the ingredients well and fry for a minute Aplit the chili in the middle and remove all the seeds inside it Apply salt inside the chili and stuff the besan powder inside it Place a non stick pan on flame and add oil to it When the oil is hot, add the stuffed chilies to it Cover the pan with lid for about 3 minutes and remove the lid Turn the other side and fry for 2 more minutes Continue the process until the chilies are completely done Remove them from pan and place them on serving plate. Rajasthani Special Besan Stuffed Mirchi Recipe

Stuffed Green Chilies is a fantastic side dish for people who love to eat spicy things. It is a dry curry that is made with mirchi and gram flour. It tastes good in curd rice or even with plain hot rice.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoonsMustard oil
  • 1 teaspoonFennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1 ½ cupsWater
  • 1 cupChopped onion
  • 1 cupBesan
  • 6 bigGreen chilies
  • ½ teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed chili powder

Directions

  • Place a pan on flame and dry roast besan till it turns golden brown in color
  • Add mustard oil in pan
