Baitha Varan is something just like green paste that is simple to prepare and is a healthy dish. Consuming the dish increases Vitamin A while the vegetables add fiber to the body. Follow the simple steps below.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cupToovar dal
  • ¼ teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • ½ teaspoonCumin powder
  • 1 ½ cup (Carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, etc)Boiled vegetables
  • ½ cupGreen Paste
  • 1 teaspoonSugar
  • 2 teaspoonsLemon juice
  • ¼ cupFinely chopped coriander leaves

Directions
