Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: 3 piecesBoneless fish,¼ teaspoonTurmeric,Saltto taste,1 teaspoonMustard seeds,1 teaspoonCumin seeds,½ cupMustard oil,2 teaspoonsSpice powder,2Green chilies,1Onion,3Garlic cloves,1 inchGinger,2Tomatoes,½ cupCilantro leaves, Instructions: Rub the fish pieces with turmeric and salt Place a pan on flame and dry roast mustard seeds and cumin seeds for about 2 minutes Grind them to smooth powder Place a pan on flame and add oil to fry the fish pieces When the oil is hot, add the fish pieces and fry them for 3 to 5 minutes Remove them on a plate and add chopped green chilies, onions Fry them till they turn golden brown in color Add grated ginger and garlic to the onions mixture Saute them for a minute and add the spice powder to it Add tomatoes to the onion mixture and cook for 5 minutes Add 1 ½ cup of water to it and cook on low flame Add the fried fish pieces to the tomato mixture and cook for about 3 minutes When the gravy become thick, off the flame and garnish it with cilantro.
