Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: 2 cupsChopped capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans,2 tablespoonsMiada,2 tablespoonsCorn flour,½ tablespoonRice flour,1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste,¼ teaspoonSoy sauce,½ teaspoonBlack pepper powder,Saltto taste,for fryingOil,1cupFinely chopped spring onions,1 ½ teaspoonMinced garlic,½ teaspoon finely choppedGinger,2Green chilies,½ teaspoonRed chili powder,2 tablespoonsSoy sauce,½ tablespoonChili sauce,2 teaspoonsVinegar,2 tablespoonsTomato sauce,1 teaspoonBrown sugar, Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, add all purpose flour or maida, corn flour, salt, rice flour, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce and finely chopped vegetables like cabbage, carrot, capsicum and beans Add required water to it and mix it well Make a thick mixture out of it so that you can form small balls Make small balls using the mixture and keep them aside Place a deep frying pan on flame and add oil to it Once the oil is hot, add the prepared balls to it and fry them till they turn golden brown in color Remove them on an absorbent paper and keep them aside Place a large wok and add oil to it Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and fry them for few seconds Add green chilies and finely chopped ginger to it Fry them for about 2 minutes Add spring onions and fry them for 2 more minutes by constantly tossing them Add vegetable balls and stir fry them for 3 minutes on low flame Add brown sugar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce and vinegar to the balls Mix them well and cook for 3 more minutes Add ¼ cup of water and cook on high flame till water gets dried Off the flame and garnish it with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves Serve it hot to your guest along with tomato sauce or with Tomato Onion Raita. Ingredients

  • 2 cupsChopped capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans

  • ½ tablespoonRice flour
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoonSoy sauce
  • ½ teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • Saltto taste
  • for fryingOil
  • 1cupFinely chopped spring onions
  • 1 ½ teaspoonMinced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon finely choppedGinger
  • 2Green chilies

Directions
